3 inch reels ( 50 feet - 3 mins) $ 5.00
5 inch reels (200 feet - 7 mins) $20.00 6 inch reels (300 feet - 14 mins) $30.00 7 inch reels (400 feet - 27 mins) $40.00
*Note: You will only be charged for actual filmed footage. For example, if you send me a "3 inch reel" that is half-full (25 feet of filmed footage), I will charge you just $2.50 instead of $5.00. If your reel is empty, you will not be charged.
Shipping: I will cover the cost of shipping for any order over $100. For orders under $100, there will be a $12 shipping charge.
Your Ordering Instructions
Make sure your 8mm &/or Super8 reels are clearly labeled - (Ex: "Jul'08 - Dec'08" or "New Years '09")
Put your reels in the order you want to see them on the DVDs.
Finally, put your labeled reels into a package and mail it to me. (I recommend using UPS or Fedex. Both will give you access to a tracking number which will allow you to track your package by phone or on the internet).
Once I receive your reels, I will begin the creative process:
First, I will transfer your reels onto my computer using a telecine device.
Next, I will edit your footage, (adding Special FX, Music, Menus, Titles, etc.) transforming your memories into a customized masterpiece.
Lastly, I will transfer your edited masterpiece onto DVDs. (You get 2 additional copies of each DVD free. Additional DVDs beyond 3 will cost $5.00).
*Note: If you prefer to have your film transferred to DVD with no editing (Special FX, Music, Menus, Titles, etc.), I will transfer your reels directly to DVD via the telecine device. You will only be charged for the cost of Film-to-DVD transfer.
When your customized DVD creations are complete, I will ship both your DVDs and your original 8mm &/or Super8 reels back to you.
UPS or Fedex will email you a tracking number for your return shipment.
I will archive a master of your 8mm &/or Super8 film footage so I can make additional copies for you anytime in the future if you so desire.
